Inside Sales Support

The Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role in delivering the exceptional customer service that iConvergence has become known for. The ability to build and sustain relationships with both internal team members and partner representatives will be a large determining factor of your success in this role.

The Inside Sales Representative works closely with Sales Representatives and Presales Engineering to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet the needs our customer’s technology infrastructure. Attention to detail is a must, as essential details are relayed to our tracking, project management, and billing teams.

This position can either be in office (Lafayette, LA or Memphis, TN) or remote in the South Louisiana area.

Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide first line of support for customers and field Account Managers
  • Formal quoting and pre-sales support for field Account Managers
  • Assisting in quote generation
  • Support project and deal registration process through our channel partner portals and our Customer Relationship Manager
  • Work with channel partners to understand and further investigate end-user contacts and account information, data mining as needed, to ensure iConvergence realizes the full scope of the customer potential
  • Research availability of requested products
  • Knowing initial and renewal terms of solutions being provided
  • Perform Post Customer Approval processing of all customer hardware, software and services ordered
  • Maintain, organize, and optimize all customer, end user, vendor, partner, and distributor contact information and communications in our Customer Relationship Manager
  • Participate in phone rotation support when needed

Requested Qualifications

  • Experience in partner portals of Cisco or other channel partners in technology sector is preferred
  • Experience using Quotewerks and ConnectWise platforms is a positive
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Strong communication skills
  • High sense of urgency
  • Time management and ability to prioritize tasks
