About the role

iConvergence has been building and managing enterprise networks across the Gulf Coast for over 20 years. Our engineers work directly with clients, multi-vendor environments, and real infrastructure. This role puts you at the center of that work, delivering technical support across multiple client sites in Memphis and the surrounding region.

You will work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, translating complex network problems into solutions that clients can depend on. If you are the kind of engineer who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and is serious about your craft, this role was built for you.

What you will do

• Design, support, implement, and troubleshoot customer network and computing systems across multiple client sites.
• Install and configure network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.
• Translate technical concepts clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Manage tickets, activities, and projects with thorough and accurate documentation.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and network diagrams.
• Participate in departmental and project planning meetings.
• Provide after-hours on-call support including nights, weekends, and remote or onsite coverage as needed.

What you bring

• Cisco CCNA Routing and Switching certification or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 4 or more years working with Cisco Enterprise Networking Products.
• Proficiency in network design, installation, and troubleshooting across LAN, WAN, and hybrid environments.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, VoIP, and QoS protocols.
• Strong organizational skills and written communication you can be proud of.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision across multiple concurrent projects.
