iConvergence recognizes that personal privacy is important to you. This notice describes our policies and practices regarding the collection and use of personal information. We will update this notice as our practices evolve.
We gather limited professional data -- including name, job title, employer name, work address, work email, and work phone number -- to deliver our services. We do not sell personal information to anyone and only share it with third parties who are facilitating the delivery of our services.
Third-party data sources may provide employer or industry details, sometimes from platforms such as LinkedIn.
iConvergence automatically collects technical information including IP addresses, browser type, operating system, and page viewing history. We use this data to help us design our site to better suit our users' needs.

Personal data is stored on U.S.-based cloud servers. iConvergence uses two sub-processors: HubSpot and Eventbrite.
Data is shared with third parties only when:
Customer service data is retained throughout the relationship and afterward for operational analysis. Prospect data is purged from iConvergence systems when no longer valuable. You can request deletion of your data by emailing privacy@iconvergence.com.
iConvergence does not knowingly attempt to solicit or receive information from children.
SMS opt-in data is not shared with unrelated third parties. Messaging service providers may access it solely to deliver communications you have requested.
