Multi-Cloud Control Plane

Two clouds, run as one. Public and private, matched to the workload.

iConvergence designs, migrates, and manages public cloud on Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud, and private cloud on VMware, Hyper-V, and Proxmox — with equal depth. We place each workload where it belongs, then run your whole estate from one control plane.

Two Pillars, Equal Depth

Not a cloud reseller. A cloud operator — for both public and private.

Most providers push everything into one public cloud, or only know on-prem. iConvergence architects, migrates, and fully manages both — so the platform is chosen by the workload, never by what your vendor happens to sell.

Workload Placement

Every workload has a right home. We route each one on purpose.

Sovereignty, latency, cost profile, and scale patterns decide where a workload runs — not a default. Here is how a typical estate lands across public and private.

Public Cloud Private Cloud
Customer-facing web & APIs

Public Cloud

Elastic scale for spiky, global traffic

Regulated / sovereign data

Private Cloud

Residency and full control of the stack

Microsoft 365 & identity

Public Cloud

Native SaaS with hardened Entra ID

Latency-sensitive databases

Private Cloud

Predictable performance on local NVMe/HCI

Dev / test & bursty analytics

Public Cloud

Pay only for what you spin up

Steady-state, always-on VMs

Private Cloud

Lower, predictable cost off metered pricing

Placement is never permanent. As cost, compliance, and performance change, iConvergence re-homes workloads across public and private — with unified backup, DR, and a single point of accountability throughout.

What We Deliver

Deploying is one day. Managing is every day after — on every platform.

Treat public and private as separate problems and you end up with separate vendors, separate contracts, and no one accountable when an incident spans both. iConvergence manages the full stack with one team, one strategy, and one point of accountability.

One Point of Accountability

Unified backup, tested disaster recovery, monitoring, and security across Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, VMware, Hyper-V, and Proxmox — under a single runbook your team can execute.

Cloud architecture and migration to the right platform
Cost optimization and right-sizing (FinOps) across providers
Security, identity, and Microsoft 365 hardening
Hyperconverged private infrastructure and migrations off costly licensing
Unified backup for cloud and on-premises workloads
Documented, tested disaster recovery with RTO/RPO
Proactive monitoring and alerting across the estate
Fully managed day-2 operations, one team accountable

Advanced Capabilities

The work that keeps a multi-cloud estate healthy.

Migration is a milestone, not the finish line. These are the ongoing disciplines iConvergence runs across public and private so cost, security, and recoverability stay under control.

Architecture & Migration

Lifting workloads without a target architecture creates cost overruns, performance problems, and security gaps that compound over time.

iConvergence designs the destination first — public, private, or both — then migrates in waves with rollback plans. We map each workload to the platform that fits its cost, latency, and compliance profile.

Cost Optimization & FinOps

Licensing sprawl and idle, oversized resources are the most common reason cloud bills balloon and private hardware sits underused.

iConvergence right-sizes across providers, retires waste, and re-homes steady-state workloads to private cloud when metered pricing no longer makes sense — with the numbers to prove it.

Security & Identity

Remote users, SaaS, and on-premises systems all need to authenticate. When identity is not unified, gaps appear at every boundary.

iConvergence unifies identity through Entra ID with single sign-on, MFA, and conditional access, and hardens Microsoft 365 and cloud tenants against the misconfigurations that drive breaches.

Backup & Disaster Recovery

A recovery plan that only covers cloud or only covers on-premises is not a plan. Most incidents span both, and recovery depends on having tested both.

iConvergence protects cloud and private workloads with immutable, offsite copies, documents RTO and RPO for each environment, and runs verified restore tests so backups work when you need them.

Private Cloud & HCI

Rising virtualization licensing has organizations re-evaluating their stack — but ripping out VMware without a plan trades one problem for another.

iConvergence builds hyperconverged infrastructure on VMware, Hyper-V, or Proxmox, and executes migrations off expensive licensing when the economics justify it — with lifecycle planning and full management.

Managed Day-2 Operations

Unpatched hypervisors, drifting cloud policies, and undocumented configs are the most common cause of avoidable outages — on every platform.

iConvergence runs proactive monitoring, patch and policy management, and capacity planning across the whole estate, and documents everything so you are never dependent on a single engineer.

Common questions about public and private cloud

No. We treat public and private cloud with equal depth and choose the platform per workload. Customer-facing, spiky, or global workloads often fit Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud; regulated, latency-sensitive, or steady-state workloads often run better and cheaper on private cloud with VMware, Hyper-V, or Proxmox. The decision is driven by sovereignty, latency, cost profile, and scale — never by what we happen to sell.
No. Microsoft 365 is a productivity platform, not a backup solution, and retention policies are not a substitute for dedicated backup. If an employee deletes files, ransomware encrypts synced data, or a tenant misconfiguration causes loss, Microsoft does not restore it. iConvergence deploys dedicated backup for email, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams so your data is recoverable from a separate, independent copy.
No. Moving workloads to Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud without a managed partner typically results in cost overruns, undocumented architecture, and security gaps that compound over time. iConvergence designs, migrates, and manages your cloud environments so your internal team does not need that expertise in-house. We right-size resources, implement security and identity controls, and handle ongoing day-2 operations.
Yes. Rising virtualization licensing has many organizations reconsidering their private stack. iConvergence builds and manages hyperconverged infrastructure on VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V, or Proxmox, and executes migrations off expensive licensing when the economics justify it. We audit your environment, document what exists, and build a lifecycle plan — so your team is never dependent on a single engineer's institutional knowledge.
Split environments create identity gaps. A user authenticated to a cloud app is not automatically secured on your on-premises systems. iConvergence unifies identity through Entra ID with single sign-on, MFA, and conditional access policies that govern access whether a user is in the office, at home, or connecting remotely. You get one consistent security posture across public and private cloud with no gaps at the boundary.
A DR plan that only covers one side of the estate is not a plan. Most incidents, including ransomware, affect cloud-synced data and private workloads at the same time. iConvergence designs recovery plans that document RTO and RPO for each environment, test public and private restores on the same schedule, and produce a single runbook your team can execute without us. Organizations with a tested plan recover in hours; those without learn during the incident.
